TruOpt.ai is a proprietary subscription-based SaaS platform fully developed, owned, and operated by ThumbsAd.

All intellectual property rights related to TruOpt.ai—including but not limited to:

• Product name and trademarks
• Logos and visual identities
• Software architecture, source code, system logic and AI models
• User interface designs and interaction flows
• Textual, visual, and audiovisual content
• Dashboards, reports, system outputs, and documentation
• Optimization frameworks, AI decision systems, and workflows

are the exclusive property of ThumbsAd and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Legal Protections & Restrictions

All materials on ThumbsAd and TruOpt.ai platforms are protected by:

• Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works
• International copyright conventions
• Trademark, unfair competition, and trade secret regulations

Unless explicitly authorized in writing by ThumbsAd, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publish, reverse engineer, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the platform, software, AI systems, or content.
